Help Desk Team Member
- City of London £17,000 - £20,000 p/a Contract
One of the world's leading independent reinsurance and risk intermediary insurance clients are looking for a Help Desk Team Member on a 6 month contract basis.
The candidate will be required to log all the calls that come through the Helpdesk relating to help and support required for all computers, hardware and software issues to all team members in London, Europe and South Africa. Key accountability's of the role are defined in detail in the attached role profile.
Key points which candidates should possess:
- 12 months experience in a professional services arena would be beneficial.
- GCSE Maths and English at ideally Grade C or above.
- IT related qualifications desirable but not essential, however the candidate should possess career aspirations to work within an IT environment
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to write well, both in terms of basic grammatical skills and accuracy in regards to document checking
- Confident communicator and professional telephone manner
- Eye for detail
- Good listening skills.
