Top-tier Investment Management firm currently looking to recruit a career-minded Derivatives Manager. With a strong brand presence in the UK and Europe, the firm has steadily grown assets under management in recent years and have an excellent profile in both retail and institutional markets. Due to increased use of Derivatives within the range of innovative products the firm offers a need has arisen within the Investment Control Team for a Derivatives Manager. The Derivatives Manager will manage a team of Derivative Controllers and will take a lead in developing the operating model for the expanding use of OTCs. Working in a Middle Office environment the team carries out activities from the point of trade to settlement with the confirmation process and collateral management included. This is a prominent role within the Derivatives area and will provide the successful applicant with a good platform for building a career in this growing business area.
