A Retail Bank based in the Docklands are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join them immediately on a temporary base.
The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for hiring for a variety of vacancies and coaching line managers to deliver best practice recruitment and ensuring understanding of and compliance to HR governance and recruitment policy.

The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for developing relationships with business areas and associated HR, Leadership and Reward teams.
Owning specific recruitment activity including cost management, candidate attraction methodology, the facilitation of vendor selection, engagement and management, assessment tools through to negotiation of hire, provide coaching where required supporting the Resourcing process and Talent agenda, monitor Recruitment tools (from generic attraction material through to assessment design) available to Line Managers, and evaluate effectiveness. Where appropriate, design and implement new materials/tools, create targeted attraction strategies for defined populations based on research, analysis and M.I.

The Recruitment Advisor will work with the business and HRBPs to define Talent and overlay the competencies and behaviours on to current and forthcoming roles, research into ways of attracting and retaining candidates, understand and contribute to recruitment demand plans, use data to recruit ahead of the curve and design targeted attraction methods, calculate, monitor and report true cost per hire, calculate, monitor and use attrition data to formulate recruitment strategies, feed into the process and educate the business, monitor, analyse and report 3rd party supplier performance, record and analyse external recruitment spend to inform recruitment strategies and business education.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience of external, retained search and selection, contingency and multi channel recruitment, an understanding and experience of delivering of different recruitment methods and techniques and competency models.
