Financial organisation based in the city centre of Glasgow currently has a vacancy for an experienced individual to join their Facilities team on a Permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and support of Health & Safety and environment functions.

Key Accountabilities include:
Help in the implementation of all facilities based projects
Liaise with contractors and ensure delivery of projects within set timeframe
Participate in all Business Continuity testing
Organise Risk assessments and follow up on actions
Liaise with other areas of the business to ensure all Business Continuity Plans are up to date
Update the business in regard to changes to legislation
Ensure that all relevant heath and safety procedures, instructions and risk assessments are identified, introduced and kept up to date to reflect legislation or routine changes

Requirements:
Previous Administrative experience
Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
Understanding of Health & Safety, environment and business continuity requirements
Preferably you will also have experience within a similar Facilities role
