A Global Financial Services Firm based in the Docklands are looking for an EMEA Learning and Development Coverage Officer to join them for an immediate start.
Our client are a market leader in securities, asset management and credit services.
The EMEA Learning and Development Coverage Officer will be responsible to develop and strengthen client relationships, develop knowledge of the client's business, act as trusted partner on people and L&D issues while partnering with the Sr. Coverage Officer on specific OD issues, conduct needs assessments, determine most appropriate solution /solution provider in partnership with practice area experts, ensure delivery of relevant and effective client solutions, work with Senior Coverage Officer to deliver OE interventions for client population; working in partnership with practice areas to develop new interventions, ensure that appropriate metrics and reporting are in place to assure quality/effectiveness, partner with practice areas on the development of 'internal faculty' resources eg. identification of subject matter experts to be trained as trainers, leaders as leaders etc, act as point of contact for all Finance personnel in relation to L&D issues.

The EMEA Learning and Development Coverage Officer will have L&D/OD consulting experience, preferably in the financial services Industry, line experience is a plus, and have proven track record in the design, development and implementation of training and OD interventions.
