Maternity Cover

One of the UK's largest Asset Managers based in the City are looking for a Learning and Development Consultant for a for a maternity cover to start immediately.
The Learning and Development Consultant will be responsible for
Graduate Recruitment & Development
oLeading and working with the Graduate Steering Committee to ensure successful recruitment of graduates to meet business requirements.
oDesigning and facilitating the Graduate Recruitment assessment centre and all the on-going work around that process
oInduction and on-going development of new graduates.
oAny other special projects relating to graduates

Learning and Development
oIdentify common L&D needs, source, assess and schedule suppliers for 2008
oWork with business to source individual training requirements as necessary
oDesign and deliver internal just-in-time workshops

Performance Management
oAssist in the final preparation and implementation of the on-line performance management system and process
oCommunication of process to the business
oAssist in the design, scheduling and delivery of training courses to support the review process

Induction
oDesign an on-going development and delivery of the New Starter Induction process

Bespoke
oAssist with any bespoke team work or development initiatives

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing relationships with and influencing colleagues/suppliers at all levels,
ability to work at a strategic and operational level to consult on, support, influence and communicate projects focusing on organisational
change and experience of all stages of the learning and development cycle from evaluation to design and delivery. If you
