A Client Administrator is required to service a leading asset management house's fund clients in respect of administrative functions including producing periodic returns, investment reports, responding to day to day queries and cash management.


The successful candidate will initially look after a life fund with a broad asset range and at a later stage will receive training on the annuity side to assist with these clients.


Key responsibilities will revolve around exemplary client relationship management. You will be liaising with front and back office departments, ventures, property and overseas offices, as well as performing daily cash management, and effecting cash payments. You will also review and monitor cash and stock reconciliation exceptions


The ideal candidate will be threshold competent (IMC, IAQ) with demonstrable knowledge of bonds, equities and derivatives. You should be able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines, and employ a logical and analytical approach.
