Working for a well-known, financial services company, this role is best described as a great blend of HR systems, Reward, MI writing and manipulating data.

Whilst providing an opportunity to develop global HR experience the workload is principally managing the HR system development, bonus systems extensive spreadsheet work and working on various ongoing projects. The role reports to the HR Manager.

Areas of responsibility include:
* Management of the Recruitment system
* Technical Support for HR
* System development
* Total Compensation review
* SAP project work

The role sits in the HR team of 15 servicing an international client base of approx 850. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project life cycles, previous exposure to reward, experience of MI related projects and advanced level of Excel.
