• Assistant Fund Controller - Luxembourg

• Luxemburg €40,000 - €45,000 p/a Permanent

This excellent opportunity for an Assistant Fund Controller has arisen within the Real Estate division of a highly respected Top Tier Investment Bank.

The successful individual will support the Fund Control team in Luxembourg and will be responsible for the administration and reporting of the Fund.

The key responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Fund Controllers in the preparation of quarterly and consolidated accounts
- Involvement in the control and review of outsourced entities' accounting
- Controlling payment of invoices (obtaining signatures, tracking payments)
- Drafting of board minutes and maintenance of meeting registers
- Extensive liaison with external service providers to carry out the following duties:
- Opening of bank accounts and preparation of cash analysis schedules
- Co-ordination of tax and accounts filings
- Obtaining signatures on legal documents and coordinating with service providers to ensure
completeness and correct filing and tracking of documents
- Maintenance of investor contact and bank detail lists

Our client is seeking a Part-qualified accountant with previous fund accounting and real estate.
Must be a fluent English speaker, with French an advantage.
