With over 70,000 employees in 70 countries this leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise is seeking an enthusiastic Equity Client Services analyst.
An Investment Bank with culture centered on transparency, respect and providing a first class client service. You will be a pivotal and instrumental member of Client Service Team providing support for a large variation of client queries, across several different business areas.

Specific duties will include:

*To ensure that all client related issues, queries, and requests are addressed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner as well as ensuring that preventative measures are taken to avoid recurrences.
*Assist clients with navigation of end to end processes.
*Build good relationships with clients.
*Record issues, analysis data, build and maintain benchmarks around call expectancy.
*Develop close relationships with key operations service providers. eg Contract Risk and Client Relationship

Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience gained working in a large Investment Bank within the Equity Client services area. The position requires you to have a competent understanding of the structure within Investment Banking, so you can provide support for a large variation of client queries, across several different business areas. As well as your strong Equities product knowledge you will also have a solid understanding of ETC, Oasys.
