IBD Float Assistant Docklands £15-£16ph REF203923


An American Investment Bank based in the Docklands is recruiting for an IBD Float Assistant for an ongoing temporary assignment.
The role of the IBD Float Assistant is to provide a new position support or absence cover in different areas of the Investment Banking Division. Floating may involve working within a trading environment or a more traditional area.
Duties will include diary management, screening phone calls or emails, organising extensive travel arrangements and itineraries, processing expenses, preparing presentations and ad hoc project administration.
The IBD Assistant will need to be a flexible team player, have the ability to multi task in a busy environment, have strong communication skills and be detail orientated.
