6 month Fixed Term Contract
£28,000 (pro rata) - potential of being made permanent for the right candidate.

An exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator to join a well-known charity based firm, to support the Property Manager in delivering a number of administrative projects to improve the procedures within the Property department. The Property Administrator will be involved in managing and supporting the administration for a portfolio of freehold commercial properties in London and across the South East. The Property Administrator will deal with external audits e.g. H&S, utilities, contractors, small works projects, invoicing and implementing new administration procedures that will allow the division to run smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Administrator who has experience working within a property department or property company, looking to take their next step up. The Property Administrator must have strong admin and IT skills, will be very bright and ambitious and have a keen interest in forging a career in commercial property management.
