Senior Business Performance Analyst - London - City - Up to £100,000

My client is looking to recruit a Senior Business Performance Analyst to join their established team. You will be responsible for meeting underwriting standards, improving the current underwriting performance and assist with the approval and monitoring of syndicate business plan.

You will help provide business intelligence of both property insurance/reinsurance.
Represent the company in both committees and conferences.
Evaluate current business plans and establish weather they are realistic and achievable against underwriting capabilities.
Monitor business plans and ensure they continue to be realistic and achievable.

In exchange you will have around 4 years Underwriting Performance/Business Analytical experience in the Insurance Industry. Any exposure to Business Intelligence would be an advantage.
