One of the world's largest Financial Services Providers are looking for a HR Assistant to join them immediately.
The HR Assistant will join the HR Resourcing team to manage the secondment process from start to finish. The individual will be required to deal with a high workload, and so it is required that they have worked in a similar role previously.
·Provide main point of contact for secondment / System Access Requests from Business and HR consultants
·Acting as the interface to facilitate the Secondment / Systems Access processes
·Managing the secondment process and acting as the interface between Business and the HR service centre to ensure the processes run smoothly and effectively.
·Providing the contact point for any issues raised in the secondment / System Access process for employees, line managers and Resourcing Consultants.
·Collating the necessary screening documents from secondees as appropriate
·Updating the secondment tracker daily and liaising with the HR Programme Office to ensure any new guidelines or processes are correctly implemented

The ideal candidate should similar experience gained within a corporate environment and be available for an immediate start.
