• City of London £57,000 - £65,000 p/a Permanent

The role is within the Group Corporate Functions where they are responsible for the audit of and relationship management with the head office functions.
Reporting to the Senior Audit Manager you will:
Identify resources required and negotiate composition of project team.
Meet with project team colleagues during fieldwork to share data, clarify understanding and identify outstanding points requiring exploration.

Audit Preparation (30% time)
Create and issue Audit Scoping Document, assessing adequacy of controls, identifying tests to be used and testing rationale.
Fieldwork (25% time)
Write up results of tests in audit database, and review the work of team members. Give feedback as necessary.
Reporting (20% time)
Meet key auditees with Senior Audit Manager to present report findings.
Other Activities (10% time)
Participate in knowledge sharing events to promote own and others' business / product knowledge and continuing professional development.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting qualification, experience of managing relationships with a business, experience of leading team projects, knowledge of audit techniques and excellent communication
