An Assistant Relationship Manager is sought by an award-winning and highly prestigious asset management house. The role is based in London.


The role purpose will be to work in a small team to ensure the service provided by 3rd party suppliers is maintained at a high level.


The purpose of this role will be to monitor the performance of the providers of services to the UK retail funds, and to provide cover for the offshore funds administered by the firm. This will be achieved by;

- Maintaining & monitoring SLAs & KPIs with each supplier.

- Producing regular reports for an internal audience reviewing performance of each supplier.

- Maintaining an issues log and track issues to resolution, escalating where appropriate

- And identifying service model improvements.


The role would suit someone with OEIC/unit trust fund accounting and/or unit pricing experience and looking to use this knowledge to further their career. Ideally the candidate should have attained solid educational qualifications, but equal consideration will be given to applicants with relevant industry experience.
