An RFP Writer is sought by one of the largest and most prestigious global asset management businesses in the world. This exciting role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional, and is based in the London Docklands.


The marketing professional in this position will support the EMEA sales efforts of investment management. This individual will be responsible for all questionnaires including RFPs, due diligence questionnaires, consultant support, and data.


Responsibilities will be to work closely within a dedicated team of marketing professionals whose primary responsibilities are to compile questionnaires to assist the new business effort and will include:

- Enhance existing systems and databases

- Ensure all RFPs, RFIs and due diligence questionnaires are completed on a timely basis and are of the highest quality

- Help maintain all EMEA consultant and third party databases with information as required

- Where appropriate, working with other RFP teams based in other offices


The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge or experience in the asset management industry. Relevant experience in equities, fixed income, alternative asset classes and the intermediary or retail channels as well as data management would be a distinct advantage.
