• City of London £270 - £320 day Temporary

Leading city based investment bank is looking for an experienced product control or valuations person to join their valuations team supporting the real estate business.

The valuations controller will provide support to the finance function, assessing fair value of loans, derivative and equity positions. The role will include (but will not be limited to):

- Daily P&L and risk production process review
- Monitoring and clearing of breaks
- Assistance with ad hoc issues raised
- Detailed report of price testing

This will be a business facing role, with extensive liaison with the global valuations group. You will ideally have experience within a product control team and experience of price testing. A thorough understanding of IFRS and USGAAP would also be beneficial.
