A premier asset management house seeks a professional, experienced Income Administrator To ensure dividend entitlements to clients are generated as payable and subsequently received in the bank's account.


Based in London, the income administrator's key accountabilities will be to maintain the dividend tax rate tables in order that tax rates applied to entitlements are accurate. The administrator will amend entitlements and appropriate underlying rates when necessary, as well as identify dividend entitlements due to the firm's clients and record these. The administrator will also arrange for entitlements to be split between settled and unsettled positions.


The ideal candidate will have solid experience in income administration, as well as any other relevant experience within the financial sphere. It is expected the candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, and wishes to further themselves and their career at a top-tier financial institution.
