An Investigations Clerk is required by a prestigious international financial services provider, to be responsible for the investigation and resolution of all queries raised as a result of treasury trading activity.
Based in London, your primary responsibilities will be to apply your knowledge of treasury operations, its procedures, methods and systems (primarily Intellimatch) to effectively investigate and resolve all designated items. You will ensure quality service is provided to all customers. You will also investigate all queries raised as a result of treasury activity in a prompt and professional manner.
Solid investigation experience in foreign exchange and money market trades is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a calm, logical approach to all situations, and will also possess good inter-personal and communication skills. A professional manner is required at all times.
