An experienced Fund Accounting Relationship Manager required for a well respected Asset Management firm based in Edinburgh. This award winning firm operates across a range of asset classes and have invested heavily in technology and it's people to help deliver superior investment performance to their retail and institutional clients.
As a Fund Accounting Relationship Manager you lead a team of 3 analysts who have the responsibility of managing the relationship / service delivery of their outsourced service provider. In order to provide a full service to the funds, you will take ownership of all operational aspects.
Specific duties will include:
-Monitoring performance of the TPA provider against agreed SLA's
- Raise any issues/risks, maintaining a register of these and ensuring they are resolved
-Managing the relationship with both TPA and the end users of their services i.e. front office, client facing teams, Group Finace / Group Actuarial among others)
-Negotiate changes to SLA's with the TPA
-Chair regular Service review meetings
-Manage, direct, develop and motivate the team

To be considered for the role of Fund Accounting Relationship Manager you will be doing a similar role preferably in another asset management company although candidates from a TPA background will also be considered. You should have good technical knowledge of the investment process, ideally from a pricing / fund accounting perspective. It is essential that you have experience of team management and also vendor / relationship manager.
