This pre-eminent investment bank as one of the world's leading wealth management, capital markets and advisory companies, with offices in 40 countries and territories requires the services of an highly experienced Documentation Specialist with expertise in accurate drafting of Credit Derivatives Transactions Documentation confirmations.

The European Documentation Department covers Debt, Commodity and Equity Derivatives products including Interest Rates, Credit Derivatives, FX and Equity Derivatives. There are approximately 100 people working in the London office. The team is responsible for all documentation issues within their specific product areas.

Key responsibilities:

*Draft and verify credit derivative documentation for portfolio of customers and range of Credit Products (such as CDS, CD Swaptions, Vanilla Index, Index Tranches, Bespoke Tranches, SPVs, Total Return Swaps and CDS on Loans).
*Ensure that queries are handled quickly and resolved in a timely fashion so confirmations can be executed.
*Liaise with Desk Support, Trading, Legal and Sales towards the resolution of queries.
*Handling of Credit Derivative Master Confirmations.
*Ad hoc Documentation related projects

You will need to have a proven working record of accurate drafting of credit derivatives documentation confirmations, with the specific ability to draft structured CDS products. In conjunction with the above prerequisites you must also have strong Credit Derivative product knowledge experience.
