A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading service provider, embedded into a major blue chip client. The role will manage London (and some additional European locations), ensuring that FM is delivered to c150k sq ft of corporate office space.

This is a highly critical environment and thus requires someone that understands FM and property delivery in such surroundings. Candidates must come from either a TFM service provider, real estate provider or have Property/FM outsourcing experience. Either way, you will understand critical environments (data centres etc etc)

Reporting to the Client, you will act as the FM function. Highly motivated, delivery focused with a full understanding of FM delivery, you will have an appreciation and knowledge of both FM and Property services.

Candidates will be able to manage the M&E aspects of the role and this may suit an M&E focused individual who possesses strong client management skills, excellent leadership and ambition into wider TFM. The role will provide a stepping stone into integrated property and FM outsourcing on an EMEA/International level.
