A client reporting associate is sought by one of the world's largest fund managers that recognises the differing financial needs and goals of investors, and provides unparalleled choice when it comes to investing.


The role will be responsible for all aspects of administration and reporting for allocated pooled fund clients.


Performance of tasks includes:

- Daily accounting and reconciliation of client activity within set deadlines.

- Identification and resolution of daily cash discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.

- Maintenance/ investigation of overdrawn accounts.

- Initial point of contact for client queries and servicing of Direct Investor Clients.

- Production of client reports and valuations within set deadlines.

- Ensure all relevant Accounting Systems and databases are updated in a timely manner.


Experience of fund accounting and reporting, ideally within the financial industry, is required. We seek a highly motivated individual with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, who can demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.
