A top tier Institutional Investment manager has an open vacancy for an experience Business analyst with hedge fund administration experience. One of the company's external hedge fund administrators was recently acquired by another firm which is looking to consolidate the funds that it administers onto one of its existing administration platforms. The administrator has a number of platforms in its offering and our client is looking to undertake a review of its requirements to help the administrator to propose which of its platforms would best meet their needs. The key objectives of the role are to work with the subject matter experts within functional areas to identify, agree and clearly document the administration requirements of the various fund groups. These will be used to create an RFI type document upon which the administrator can base its proposal. When this is complete it is expected that further preparatory work will be done within the Fixed Income area to understand previous work done on process gaps and to document / consolidate process maps. We are therefore looking for strong structured business analysis and documentation skills, especially requirements definition and the preparation of RFI / RFP type documents, effective all round project management skills and a strong track record of success in business analysis within the asset management sector.
