A Structured Interest Rate Documentation Drafter is sought by an eminent global investment bank, who are based in the London Docklands.


The successful candidate for this position will be working within structured interest rate drafting team, and their main duties and responsibilities will focus on drafting structured documentation for interest rate, commodity, and bond option trades. The candidate will assist in the running of all controls and reconciliations within the team, as well as in the production of mi/analysis of team's workflow and data for ad hoc projects.


Banking experience is essential for this position, the majority of which should have been spent in a derivative documentation environment. Experience in drafting structured interest rate derivatives and/or structured FX and / or commodity transactions is also required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of the interest rate products and the 2006 ISDA Definitions and/or the 2005 ISDA Commodity Definitions gained through prior query or drafting role(s).
