A Corporate Actions Senior Administrator is sought by one of the world's forerunning providers of asset services and solutions.


The principal responsibilities of the corporate actions senior administrator will focus upon the daily checking to ensure entitlements notices received from custodians are implemented and delivered to global portfolio managers within strict timelines. The administrator will perform daily checking to ensure decisions are accurately communicated to custodians on a timely basis.


Previous corporate actions experience is essential for this role, and the ability to communicate effectively at all staff and management levels both internally and externally, is paramount.
