Our client is the leading broker of exchange-listed futures and options in the world. They require a Regulatory Assistant to join their finance team. This company provides execution and clearing services for exchange-traded and over-the-counter derivative products as well as for non-derivative foreign exchange products and securities in the cash market.

Working in busy finance department of 32 staff, this key Regulatory Assistant role requires effective:

-Preparation of FSA data items for approval

-Monthly and quarterly reporting to the FSA

-Enhancement of data capture for new data items

-Continuous evaluation of processes surrounding Pillar1 requirements

-Participation in regulatory development projects

-Enhancing current control processes

-Variance analysis of requirements

-To assist Regulatory manger in participation in new products approval process and scenario/impact analysis and implementing automated solutions for regulatory reporting and control
