An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Actions Administrator to
Join one of the worlds leading Custodians providing a range of global and local products across a diverse range of asset classes and investment styles

The main purpose of the Corporate Actions Administrator role is daily processing of mandatory corporate action events. This processing includes the capture, diarisation and processing of events as well as associated clean up and break clearance.

The Corporate Actions Processing Analyst Duties include:

- Process all events on the in-house systems to specific deadlines. Exposure to the NY market and all products.
- Track capital events and take any actions necessary at the relevant times.
- Provide information to Fund Managers when requested.
- Resolve any cash / stock breaks arising from income or capital events.
- Liaise with other departments within investment operations
- Liaise with external sources, including Custodians, Vendors and Clients.
- Undertake project work within the area where appropriate

The Successful applicant must have 2 years or more experience working within the financial services. The Corporate Actions Analyst must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing with excellent attention to detail, as this is essential.
