• Head of Business Administration - Luxembourg

• Luxemburg €60,000 - €100,000 p/a Permanent

This excellent opportunity for a Head of Business Administration has arisen within a growing financial services business. Our client specialises in investment funds, with the clear objective of becoming the fund platform of choice for those financial institutions seeking to deliver open architecture and multi-brand distribution to clients.

The key responsibilities for the role will be:
- Deal with all administrative and finance of the Luxembourg office
- Preparation of management and financial accounts
- Set up, implement and update procedures for the finance function including trail commissions
- Assist in the budgeting process
- Maintain the accountings books and records of the company including taxation
- Review and manage the regulatory reporting to the relevant authorities
- Be the main point of contact for the internal and external auditors

Our client is seeking a qualified Accountant with investment management and ideally offshore funds experience. In addition you must have good knowledge of the accounting legislation applicable to financial institutions - Spanish is also desirable.
