This renowned international top tier investment bank is looking for an enthusiastic With over 300,000 employees in 83 countries and territories this investment bank is one of the largest financial services organisations in the world, and one of the few banks with a truly global presence.

They are looking to create a new role for the Futures Department which is a Client Technology Analyst. The role will require a strong IT and technical background but will be aligned with Operations and the client service area. The role will give you exposure to all aspects of the futures business, clients and processes.

Responsibilities Include:

Operational Process Improvement
*They have identified a program of work that will provide greater operational efficiency and control covering all functions within futures operations namely trade capture, reconciliations, cash, clients services. They require tactical solutions through Access, Excel, VB and macros in conjunction with detailed specs and exit plans tying the new workflow in to the strategic project plan.

Client Technology position
*Working in conjunction with CRM and the focus clients (existing clients from a development perspective and new clients from an on-boarding perspective) to develop client solutions around reporting, reconciliation tools and file transfer. The objective of the role is ensure that the clients better leverage the operational solutions that we have to offer. Ultimately the successful candidate would work together with the Singapore and NY client solutions support to provide effective global client technology support team.

You must have strong operations experience with a strong knowledge of the Futures and options markets. You must also have a strong working knowledge of Excel, VBA and access.
