With over 70,000 employees in 70 countries this leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise is seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Voluntary Instructions Senior Analyst.

As an eminent investment bank competing to be the leading global provider, you will form and integral part of the Corporate Actions Team Responsible for processing voluntary events across all markets, UK & Foreign. You will also take control of stock inventory management leading up to event critical dates, processing and control of all instructions received as well as making elections with agents.

You will ideally have experience of working in a high volume voluntary corporate actions team, be capable of working to tight deal lines. You must have the technical knowledge & experience of both established and emerging market requirements. It would advantageous if you have an investment banking background with knowledge in prop trading, client stock borrow and loan positions. You should be capable of working to very high standards with minimum supervision.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and result driven cooperate actions analyst to join a highly competitive tier one-investment bank. As a temporary member of the team you can expect bespoke training including internal courses, completive rates of pay including over time at weekends. You will also be able to use the company gym after 6 months. There is a strong possibility that this position may go permanent.
