This excellent opportunity for an experienced Equity Trade Support Analyst has arisen within a highly respected Top Tier Investment Bank.
An Investment Bank with culture centered on transparency, respect and providing a first class client service you will become an instrumental part of the Prime Brokerage Middle Office Team.

This key role will see you:

*Primary day to day client representative for support of the business unit for assigned portfolio of clients.
*Work with and supervise junior staff to resolve client discrepancies.
*Ensure accurate and timely booking of client transactions.
*Investigate and resolve position, price and payment reconciliation breaks
*Assist clients with understanding web-based reports
*Set up of new broker accounts in system and maintain static data
*Resolve and manage all client trade related issues
*Build & manage the relationship with Prime Brokerage business unit and support client visits.
*Manage all risk and control related issues and ensure that the correct escalation process is followed.
*Build and maintain strong relationship with assigned clients
*Ensure all client tracer exceptions are cleared daily.


You must have prior experience in a client facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a developed proven knowledge of equity markets and settlement cycles as well as a working knowledge of E - Spear. Ideally you will also possess a good knowledge of cash equity, FX and stock loan products.

You will gain exposure to a variety of products that are used by the hedge fund community. Understanding of the hedge fund business through client visits.
