• IT Efficiency Manager

• City of London £70,000 - £90,000 p/a Permanent

An interesting opportunity has arisen to join this Global Investment Bank as an IT Efficiency Manager, to work in their London Office. The role is for a Vice President to join the IB Expense Management team working in the Information Technology efficiency improvement team

Key responsibilities will include:
- Analyze monthly IB technology & communication direct and allocated financials (actuals, forecasts, budget, recoveries and exit rate variances)
- Establish KPIs and transparency by expense line and identify hot-spots (exceptions, outliers to benchmarks and trends)
- Identify and develop strategic and tactical expense and efficiency improvement strategies
- Work with IB Front Office and Shared Services divisions (IT, Supply management, SFO, etc.) to establish governance, launch efficiency/savings programs and program/project manage initiatives to completion and savings realization.
