Fast paced, varied HRIS / Compensation analyst role with a well established Investment Banking business who are part of a bulge bracket firm. You will be responsible for the HRIS database and HR Data reporting requirements, be responsible for developing excel based compensation and HR data models and analyse and produce accurate and relevant reports. Ideally you will have previous experience of working on a compensation review project at an investment bank, be an expert Excel user and have the skill to use a database reporting tool such as Crystal.
