This renowned international Bank is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Cost Controller to
assist with cost reporting for all London offices while meeting key reporting deadlines. They will liaise with businesses and back office staff in relation to costs and provide support to all of London's businesses in terms of understanding costs. Our client
provides personal and commercial banking, wealth management services, insurance, corporate, investment banking and transaction processing services on a global basis.

The Key responsibilities for The Assistant Cost Controller:
- Preparation of month end journals
- Review of monthly costs ensuring all costs correctly booked
- Ensuring correct allocation of overhead costs
- Production of monthly cost reports and commentary for department managers and Global Finance
- Ensuring correct recovery of VAT
- Preparation of annual cost budget
- Preparation of forecasts
- Liaise with business/back Office in relation to costs
- Reports to Cost Controller

Our client is seeking a candidate with solid cost reporting experience and part qualified third of way through course with preferably first time passes to date. As well as superior Excel skills.
