A Retail Bank based in the Docklands are looking for a HR Business Partner to join them immediately.

The HR Business Partner will provide professional HR generalist support to the HR Business Partner team by contributing to HR activities, including resourcing, organization development, change management, employee relations, performance improvement and measurement, learning and development and reward.

The HR Business Partner will be working in partnership with the specialist teams as appropriate to deliver projects and activities in line with the HR strategy. Activities/projects will include Absence and Attrition - collate information, identify trends/themes and provide recommendations
SAP Verification - Career Pathing, monitor and evaluate plans, succession planning, manage plans, support the talent management process, take responsibility for all talent data, pay & status queries and support and progress all out of cycle changes.

The ideal candidate will have similar experience gained within a corporate environment and be available for an immediate start.
