One of most prominent International Banks, based in the City is seeking a HR Service Centre Expatriate Coordinator for an immediate start.
The HR Service Centre Expatriate Coordinator will sit within the HR Service Centre and will have the responsibility for assisting in the co-ordination of international assignments, management of the UK Inpat/Expat process and local relocation to the UK whilst providing an advisory function to HRBP's and Business Units. The role also includes the management of external suppliers including removals companies, relocation agents, temporary housing companies, work permit consultants and tax advisors.

Duties will include provision of administrative support for co-ordination of international assignments, answering expats and local employee queries relating the relocation, organisation of expat/locals relocation to UK including temporary housing, removals, schools and tax advice via the appropriate provider, advising HRSC of inpats/expats/expat returners using standard starter form documentation, overseeing coding, arranging authorisation and final payment of invoices, general filing including maintenance of expatriate personnel files and ensure that these are kept accurate and up to date, management of work permit files, assistance with the checking of expense invoices, data entry and upkeep of International Mobility related spreadsheets, assistance with management of the Short Term Visitors policy, assistance with production of any expats salary increase letters, general correspondence and ad hoc projects.

The HR Service Centre Expatriate Coordinator will have similar experience gained within a corporate environment and be available for an immediate start.
