Position: Facilities Transition/Mobilisation Director - EMEA (Based London or Europe)

Our Client is a market leading Corporate Property outsourcing organisation. This role will manage and run major transitioning projects, most with a strong FM bias but others with wider service lines. These contracts will be for major international blue chip organisations and typically be EMEA wide or global in nature.

The job holder will be responsible for the following:-

- delivery of account transitions on time and budget
- development and management of transition timeline through to completion, handing off to the operational teams
- organisation, resourcing and steer of the transitions team
- aligning with Programme Management office to formulate implementation plans
- working with Business development team during the RFP and bid process

You will require strong programme management skills, able to understand complex delivery models and manage the life cycle of FM transitioning both on a European and global scale. A commercial outlook is key, with the ability to influence clients at the bid stage as well as mange the transitioning phase.
