HR Administrator City of LondonUpto 25k per annum.
Temp to Perm

The world centre for Trading based in the City are looking for a HR Administrator to join them immediately on a temp to perm basis.

The HR Administrator will be responsible for Recruitment Administration including liasing with agencies, arranging interviews, liasing with Department Heads, co-ordination of the new starter process, dealing with the organisation and processing of new employment contracts, maintaining staff files for new starters and existing staff members, training Admin - logging and booking of external training course, benefits admin - assisting HR Manager with annual benefit renewal process, Private Health Insurance, Death in Service etc. Logging of private healthcare members/leavers/costs, assisting with administration of the Company pension scheme, appraisal administration, dealing effectively with day to day staff queries, iInputting and updating the HR system, logging of sickness and holiday absence, diary management for HR Manager, fielding calls to HR Manager and filing.

The HR Administrator will have similar experience gained within a corporate environment. Please send through your cv's if you have the relevant experience.
