A leading Energy business based in Swindon are currently looking for a Talent and Training manager to join their HR team. The role is reporting directly to the Global Head of Organisational Development and is responsible both recruitment and retention of the Graduate scheme and the learning and development function across the UK.

The role
- Manage the pre-selection process for key hires across the UK function
- Improve and develop the employer brand across universities in the UK and Europe
- Manage the Graduate Development program, liaising with new hires, ensuring the smooth running of the rotation process and controlling support functions
- Take charge of the Training and Development function
- Update and improve internal training sessions across the trading business
- Consult with key stakeholders on specific training needs and developments

The person
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate a strong track record as a HR professional delivering commercially astute solutions. Experience in delivering development solutions on a large scale is essential. CIPD qualification is proffered.
