This highly regarded, global Investment Banking organisations are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Analyst. The role will report directly to the Global Head of Compensation and Benefits and will provide a pro-active service for the global HR Team.
Some of the key duties of the Compensation and Benefits Analyst will be:
- Project Manage the annual reward cycle including pay review and benchmarking
- Build strong relationship with Finance team
- Keep all relevant stake holders informed on the status of the reward cycle
- Working alongside the Global head of Comp and Bens evaluate any new global initiative
- Accurate and timely delivery of investor information
The successful candidate will have extensive operational experience and understanding of reward strategies. The candidate will also be expected to be able to deal with various project works in policy development and performance management.
