A Relationship Manager with project management is sought by a world-leading alternative investment management business. With a broad range of funds for institutional and private investors globally, it is known for its performance, innovative product design and investor service.


This role will be within a team which forms part of the Marketing & Client Services division at the firm. The team are responsible for managing the ongoing relationships with external service providers including fund administrators, custodian banks, registrars, auditors and other corporate services.


The role will involve the management of a number of new and existing initiatives potentially including engaging new service providers, migration of funds from existing providers and the launch support of multiple fund launches. This will include the coordination of all parties involved, both internal and external, the identification and management of project risks, reporting on resource constraints, and the communication of project status, issues and risks to management.


The successful candidate will ideally be of graduate calibre, with a background in hedge fund administration. They should be able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects autonomously in this field and therefore be comfortable with both the business and technical complexities of such processes.
