My client, a vibrant and expanding payroll services company are looking to increase their headcount in the area of customer care.

Working as part of a dedicated and committed team, this role would be responsible for handling customer queries on any aspect of their applications, tax, pay, expenses, maintaining databases, liaising with internal departments to resolve problems and general administration when required.

To be considered for this role, individuals should have a background in customer services ideally from a regulated/ financial services industry who are competent working in a high volume, very deadline driven environment and be used to dealing with complex policy procedures.

The hours are 9-5.30 ( some flexibility required) and the company can offer a good working environment coupled with the opportunity to further develop your skills in this area.
