Engineering Service Delivery Manager (FM) - London - City
£40,000 to £45,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity for an Engineering Services Manager to join a leading FM service provider based at their blue chip clients landmark HQ in the City that houses over 1500 employees forming part of the senior integrated FM team. The Engineering Service Delivery Manager (FM) will be responsible for delivering all hard services on-site, along with managing the engineering team. The Engineering Service Delivery Manager (FM) will have experience within a similar M&E role working as part of an FM team within an office environment. The Engineering Service Delivery Manager (FM) will be qualified with a relevant engineering qualification.

The successful Engineering Service Delivery Manager (FM) will have a bias to M&E within a facilities environment, will be a strong communicator, motivator and leader. You will have experience of managing M&E services, budgets and a team and will looking to take the next step in your career into an organisation with a wealth of opportunities.
