A Trade Support Manager is required for trading & global structured products within one of the world's largest and most prestigious international investment banks.


Based in the London Docklands, the key aspects of the position will be to manage the daily processes/deliverables for the trading & global structured products trade support group. You will ensure the most appropriate and effective controls are in place. You will also develop/appraise the team members.


The successful candidate must always act with integrity, composure and versatility. They will be expected to carry out responsibilities and any ad hoc tasks in a considered and professional manner.


The ideal candidate will have solid derivatives, fixed income or equity experience, and a solid managerial track-record. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to identify appropriate solutions to product, risk and process issues as they arise. Prior experience of supporting a proprietary strategy or hedge fund would be advantageous.
