Senior Manager, Leadership and Organisational Development - London

65,000 - 80,000 plus benefits plus bonus
This is a broad and strategic role working with the top quartile leadership population of this international organisation. As part of a small dedicated team you will drive leadership development across the Group by understanding business needs, mapping out a path to succeed and utilising technical experts to achieve this success.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you possess experience at Senior Executive level within Organisational Development and Change, Performance Management and Capability Framework Design, gained within a large global Blue Chip organisation.
Role:
- Develop and deliver a flexible and effective leadership proposition to achieve strategic leadership objectives
- Develop and deliver a flexible and effective Organisational Capability proposition, including performance management and competency frameworks and capability around change management, organisational design and development
- Provide strategic direction to the leadership and organisational capability proposition together with thought leadership, best practice knowledge, and a focus on delivery
- Deliver an integrated leadership and organisation capability approach which is aligned to business strategy and key drivers and aims to improve business performance, leadership index, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement leadership and organisational capability solutions by leveraging best practice across functions, while ensuring solutions are tailored to meet specific functional objectives
-Monitor and evaluate the leadership and organisational capability proposition to ensure it remains appropriate for business needs and is regularly refreshed as functional requirements evolve.
- Measure the ongoing effectiveness of the proposition and drive forward a culture of continuous - Build subject matter expertise in leadership and organisational capability developing links with industry, professional bodies and academia.
- Provide consultancy and advice to key business and HR stakeholders.
- Manage projects and assignments to deliver on time, to budget and to professional standards.
Person:
- Experience of leadership and organisational capability development gained in a global organisation
- Experience of complex programme management and large scale change projects
- Demonstrable commercial experience of driving change at strategic level
- Delivery of projects on time and within quality and cost parameters
- Relationship management of multiple stakeholders.
- Instructional design experience.
- Ability to operate in a complex environment.
- Customer and delivery focused.
- Ability to operate and influence at senior levels.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven diagnostic skills including building working hypotheses and presenting findings.
- Advanced consulting skills including contracting, client relationship management, negotiating and planning.
- Use of continuous improvement tools and methods.
