Sales Support Executive - City - £16ph - £20ph

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Executive for one of the world's leading Asset Managers with £102.1bn Assets under management. It has built expert teams covering the full range of asset types - equities, bonds, property, derivatives and private equity and has developed particular expertise in providing tailored or bespoke "solutions" which meet the specific needs and concerns of customers rather than the creation of generic products.

The main purpose of the Sales Executive role is to work directly with the Client Relationship Managers on a wide range of tasks designed to increase their efficiency, productivity and ability to generate additional revenue.

The main duties for the Sales Support Executive are:

- Deal with all incoming communications including email, telephone messages and letters on behalf of CRM's.
- Ensure all matters are dealt with in a timely fashion
- Support CRM's on field visits
- Own individual personal development plans including training requirements
- Support team meetings and record daily, weekly and monthly activities
- Maintain up-to-date database of clients and meetings
- Liaise with internal colleagues and third party administrators

The Successful applicant for the Sales Support Executive role must have 2 years or more experience working within the financial services. The Sales Support Executive must have excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with strong organisational skills and excellent written skills.
