Position: Customer Adviser - Aberdeen
Salary: circa £14,000 Mon - Fri plus rotational Sat mornings

Our Client a Nationwide Buidling Society are currently looking for a Customer Advisor for their team in Aberdeen.


Key responsibilities for the role of Customer Adviser:

Identify customer needs and ensure that they are provided with first class service.
Contribute to the branch sales target through the achievement of personal targets set as agreed by the Customer Manager.
Contribute and participate in branch sales promotional activity.
Process transactions, including handling cash and cheques, at the counter and to respond to enquiries both face to face and by telephone.
Deal with administrative issues on both mortgages and investment products as well as on behalf of agents.
Deal with incoming and outgoing mail, both paper and electronic.
Service ATMs and perform necessary back-up tasks.
Comply with Society operational and control procedures and compliance requirements laid down by the regulatory bodies.


Key Skills required for the role of Customer Adviser:

Experience of working in a customer service environment
Confident and personable manner
