• Underwriting Assistant/Credit Control, Insurance - 24k

• City of London £20,000 - £24,000 p/a Permanent

A fantastic opportunity to work for a well known insurance company based in the City. This busy, successful and professional insurance company is seeking an Underwriting Assistant to assist the Underwriters with Credit Control. This opportunity is highly varied and will give you exposure to a range of areas and will allow you progress and develop your insurance knowledge to the next level.

This varied role will include ensuring all premiums are paid to QBE in a timely manor, arranging payment of invoices, representing Asset Protection, Assist Portfolio manager, Ensure teams files/filing is up to date. maintain/update transaction files, producing reports, preparation of materials for reinsurance reporting, handling queries, building relationships with various clients and integrating new systems.

This position would suit someone looking for a step up/variety in there career, the suitable candidate would be from a Credit Control/Underwriting background within insurance.
